Our policies
What is good to know before you book.
Booking and deposits
Every visit is booked ahead on the booking page, or by phone. There are no walk-ins. The first head shave and the scalp care visit take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward the visit. Other services take none.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move a visit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten the visit or move it to another day, so the next person keeps their time.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit stays with the shop, and we ask you to confirm your next visit by phone.
Children and companions
Teenagers are welcome for a head shave or a cut, with a parent in the shop. Scalp care visits are for adults.
How the line works
Appointments only, so there is no line to join. If the visit before yours runs over, your barber will tell you how long.
Before your visit
Arrive five minutes early, and tell your barber before the first pass about any sore spots, new moles or products you use on your scalp.
When to ask your doctor first
If your hair has thinned quickly or come out in patches, your scalp is sore, itchy or has a rash, or a mole or spot has changed, see your doctor or a dermatologist first. We do not diagnose, and we do not shave over broken or irritated skin. Come back when it has settled.
If you're not happy
If a shave or a cut is not right, tell us within a few days and we will make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one at checkout, and it goes to the barber who served you.
